How MolGraph handles inquiry, contact, analytics, and website usage information for research-use molecular sourcing workflows.
MolGraph uses submitted inquiry information to respond to RFQ, documentation, availability, and compliance review requests. This policy does not claim privacy certifications or zero tracking.
RFQ and contact messages may include contact details, company or institution, CAS numbers, quantities, documentation needs, destination, and user-provided message content.
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand public page usage when you allow it. Search and quote requests remain available when analytics is declined.
Inquiry details may be shared with qualified sourcing, documentation, logistics, or compliance partners when needed to respond to a request.
MolGraph may collect contact information submitted through RFQ or contact workflows, including name, email address, company or institution information if provided, and user-submitted message contents.
Inquiry content may include CAS numbers, quantities, pack size preferences, documentation needs, destination country or region, intended research-use context, and compliance questions.
MolGraph may also collect website analytics, technical usage information, server logs, security logs, cookies, or similar technologies as applicable to operate and improve the site.
Information may be used to respond to RFQs, documentation requests, availability questions, COA/SDS needs, and compliance-related inquiries.
MolGraph may also use operational information to improve website functionality, search experience, reliability, security, and misuse prevention.
Optional Google Analytics is held until you choose Allow analytics. Decline analytics keeps it off. You can change or withdraw your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer without changing your inquiry details.
We store this preference in your browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear it sooner. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Clearing or expiring the preference returns analytics to off until you choose again.
Withdrawing stops future optional analytics from this site and clears its saved first-touch attribution. It does not delete an inquiry you submitted or recall analytics already sent. Essential website, security and inquiry processing continue independently.
Inquiry details may be shared with qualified sourcing, documentation, logistics, or compliance partners as needed to respond to a request.
MolGraph does not sell personal data as an advertising product in the current launch workflow. Do not submit sensitive personal information through inquiry messages.
Inquiry and operational records may be retained as needed for business, support, compliance, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
