Documentation

Quality documentation by request

Request supplier documentation, COA, SDS, availability, pack size, purity, and lead time confirmation through MolGraph RFQ workflows.

Documentation and confirmation topics

MolGraph public pages help buyers prepare requests. Supplier and lot-specific details are confirmed through RFQ follow-up, not assumed from public page content.

COA

Certificate of Analysis may be requested for available lots and supplier-confirmed materials.

Supplier SDS

Supplier-issued SDS should be requested and reviewed before handling, storage, shipment, or procurement decisions.

Purity & pack size

Purity, quantity, grade, and packaging details are confirmed through RFQ and supplier follow-up.

Availability & lead time

Availability and lead time are subject to supplier confirmation and may vary by quantity, route, and documentation requirements.

Shipment documentation

Shipment, customs, and dangerous goods documentation may require destination-specific review before fulfillment.

Documentation workflow

  1. Step 1

    Submit request details

Share CAS number, quantity, destination, and documentation needs.

  2. Step 2

    Review identity context

MolGraph reviews compound identity and request context before supplier follow-up.

  3. Step 3

    Check supplier confirmation

Availability, documentation, purity, and pack size are checked through RFQ workflow.

  4. Step 4

    Receive quote or questions

A quote or follow-up questions are sent when the request needs additional review.

COA and supplier SDS requests

COA and supplier SDS availability should be confirmed by supplier, product, and lot before purchase, handling, storage, or shipment.

When submitting an RFQ, include the CAS number, target quantity, destination country or region, and required document type so the inquiry can be routed for supplier follow-up.

Confirmation through RFQ

Purity, pack size, availability, lead time, price, and lot-level documentation are confirmed through RFQ. MolGraph does not state that all COA/SDS files are instantly downloadable.

Use public CAS pages as reference and sourcing entry points, not as supplier-issued documentation or guaranteed material specifications.

Shipment documentation

Shipment and customs documentation may require review based on destination, quantity, packaging, route, and product classification.

MolGraph public pages do not provide final shipment classification or carrier acceptance decisions.
